- What is the travel time from the Ottawa International Airport?
- The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service or taxi transportation is available at the airport
- How long will it take me to walk to Parliament Hill?
- Parliament Hill is located a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. Enjoy a coffee in the many cafes located along the route!
- Where is the closest shopping centre?
- The hotel is just steps away from great shopping! Guests enjoy walking through the ByWard Market for various boutiques and the Rideau Centre for access to over 180 stores!
- Where is the closest ATM?
- There is an ATM located in the lobby of the hotel
- Do you accept pets?

- There is the largest liquor store in Ontario located right across the street! You should check out their famous Vintage section.
- Where are the closest restaurants and bars?

- Is there dry cleaning service available?
- The hotel offers same day dry cleaning service. Please provide the front desk with your laundry by 8am, and it will be returned by 5pm
